Kellerman pursues passion for helping
MAUMELLE — The Maumelle branch of Coldwell Banker RPM, located at 105 Country Club Parkway, Suite 200, recently welcomed Dana Kellerman to the sales team.
“I love helping people realize their goals and dreams — being a part of the customer’s homebuying process and taking them through it successfully,” said Kellerman, who has been a licensed Realtor since 2010.
While Kellerman may be a relatively new Realtor, she has been active in the real estate business for more than two decades.
“My husband and I built over 100 homes in Maumelle,” she said, adding that the couple also developed subdivisions. Through this experience, she said, she has an understanding of housing development, from selecting and purchasing land to engineering, zoning requirements, permits and more.
“I truly care about people and have a passion to help people and negotiate the best deal for them to get the most from their buying or selling experience,” she said. “I connect with all walks of people, and they immediately see that I love and enjoy what I do for a living.”
To better help clients, Kellerman said important to educate them.
“Listening to their needs and helping them narrow down what they want and need in selling or buying a home [is vital],” she said. “Educated buyers are more confident when they purchase/sell and do not have buyer’s remorse.”
Coldwell Banker appealed to Kellerman because of the company’s recognizable name, its history and its reputation.
“I have lived in Maumelle for 26 years, so I wanted a company that had a presence in this community,” she said.
Kellerman is a member of the North Pulaski Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors.
