League of Artists Christmas Show CONWAY — The annual Conway League of Artists Christmas Show and Sale will be on exhibit through Saturday at the Faulkner County Library. Master Naturalist­s Class of 2014 CONWAY — The Central Arkansas Master Naturalist­s are accepting applicatio­ns for the class of 2014. Training will begin Jan. 12 at the Witt Stephens Nature Center in Little Rock’s River Market District. The mission of the Master Naturalist­s organizati­on is to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas in their communitie­s. Choir Concert CONWAY — The 44-member York College Choir will present an a cappella concert at 7 p.m. Jan. 6 at University Church of Christ, 3155 Dave Ward Drive. The choir, directed by Clark Roush, professor of music at York College in Pennsylvan­ia, travels widely and has developed a worldwide reputation for the quality of its programs. The free concert is open to the public. Trout Day Rescheduli­ng RUSSELLVIL­LE — Trout Day has been reschedule­d for Jan. 11. The event, hosted by the Caddis Fly Fishing Club, the Russellvil­le Recreation and Parks Department, and the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, will take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Pleasant View Park. A fishing license and trout permit (stamp) are required for people 16 or older, and all trout regulation­s will be enforced.
