Starlight Gala

BRYANT — The third annual Starlight Gala, titled An Enchanted Evening, will be held at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 31 at 6401 Boone Road. The night will feature food from chef Bonner Cameron, entertainm­ent, dancing and an array of items for purchase during the silent auction. This charity event is a black-tie occasion. New Year’s Gala

HOT SPRINGS — The Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa will hold its New Year’s Gala on Dec. 31. The event will include two parties. The Gala Dinner Dance will include a five-course gourmet dinner with wine, a champagne toast and dance music provided by the Stardust Big Band. Eagle Watch

MOUNTAIN PINE — Lake Ouachita State Park will hold Eagle Watch Weekend on Jan. 18 and 19. Park officials will offer boat tours of the lake in hopes of giving attendees a glimpse of wintering birds, other area wildlife and bald eagles. Several programs and activities will be held in the park. Most programs are free; however, lake tours are $9 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-12. Rhythmic Circus
