Encompassing more than 1,000 acres surrounding picturesque Hurricane Lake in Saline County, Hurricane Lake Estates is central Arkansas’ largest luxury lakefront development.

A rushing waterfall marks the entrance to the subdivision on Arkansas 5 in Benton, providing passersby with a glimpse of the natural beauty of the area.

Hurricane Lake Estates offers all the benefits of Benton’s city services, including police and fire protection, but falls within the enrollment zone for the Bryant School District.

Residents may walk or jog along the gently winding streets or fish for trophy bass, crappie or bream in the 400-acre lake. The neighborhood park offers a playground, tennis courts, an Olympic-size swimming pool, a clubhouse, a private beach, a fishing pier and much more.

The subdivision includes more than 500 homes in a variety of sizes, styles and price ranges, and lots are available for new construction.

For those seeking the exclusive appeal of a gated neighborhood, West Shores features generous lots shaded by mature hardwoods. Many lots offer lake frontage; the interior lots border a greenspace for added natural beauty.

On the other end of the lake, North Shores includes lakefront lots in addition to smaller home sites. Future developments include an additional 267 acres.

Hurricane Lake Estates is just minutes from Interstate 30, offering easy access to the Little Rock metropolitan area, as well as to the hometown amenities of Benton and Bryant.
