Dawson Education Co-op lauds Ross grant recipients

ARKADELPHIA — The Dawson Education Cooperative held a reception Nov. 13 for the recipients of grant money from the Ross Foundation.

Each year the Ross Foundation contributes $15,000 to be used by Clark County teachers, and the Dawson Co-op facilitates the application, judging and awarding processes.

Teachers are encouraged to submit applications to receive grant money for innovative ideas to be used to provide educational experience with enrichment, rigor and practical application of research.

This year, grant money was awarded to teachers in the Arkadelphia, Bismarck, Centerpoint and Ouachita school districts.
