Two new phases have recently opened in Woodlands Edge, OverCreek and The Preserve. Homes and home sites are surrounded by lush, protected forest and offer beautiful hilltop and valley views through deep greenspaces.
New-home construction has begun in both areas. The minimum house sizes in OverCreek are 2,600 square feet for a single-level home and 2,800 square feet for a two-story home. The Preserve, featuring the largest lots and homes in Woodlands Edge, now has finished homes ready for viewing. The next phase of The Preserve will begin soon, with new home sites available next year.
