HB1239, J. Mayberry — To create the Achieving a Better Life Experience Program and to provide new avenues for financial self-sufficiency for Arkansans with disabilities.

HB1240, Tosh — Concerning the use of deadly physical force in defense of a person; and to be known as the “Stand Your Ground Law.”

HB1241, Lowery — To delay the use of the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) Assessment.
