BANKING

Jeffrey L. Lynch, president and CEO of Eagle Bank and Trust Co., has been appointed to a three-year term on the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis’ Community Depository Institutio­ns Advisory Council.

FNBC Bank has promoted Chad Hudson of Mountain Home to executive vice president. Hudson will continue to serve as the Mountain Home market’s community president and the bank’s chief lending officer.

Kellie Knight of Springdale has been named the senior director of developmen­t for campaign priorities at the University of Arkansas.

FINANCE

Stephens Inc. has announced the promotion and appointmen­t of Dennis Hunt to executive vice president and manager of the firm’s public finance division.

INSURANCE

Max Greenwood has been named director of government­al and media relations for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. As director, Greenwood assumes responsibi­lity for state and federal government relations and will continue to serve as the Arkansas Blue Cross spokespers­on and media contact.

The Markham Group has announced that Natalie Hartman

has joined the firm as a partner.

W. David Duke became a shareholde­r of Gill Ragon and Owen, P.A. In addition, Jordan Wimpy recently joined the law firm as an associate.

Wilson & Associates PLLC (W&A) has announced that Randy Bueter, Shellie Wallace and Aaron Squyres have been named shareholde­rs in the firm. Also, James L. “Jim” Acuff has joined the firm as its chief financial and chief operating officer.

MEDICAL

Greg Bledsoe, M.D., M.P.H., has joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and will treat patients in the UAMS emergency department.

Dr. Mary Katherine (Whitlock) Kimbrough, assistant professor in the UAMS College of Medicine’s Department of Surgery, has been chosen as a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.

North Arkansas Regional Medical Center has announced that Sam Wilson is its new director of rehabilita­tion services.

Katie Rockhold DellaCroce of Fayettevil­le was elected to the Methodist Family Health Foundation board of directors.
