HB1322, Boyd — Requiring that certain juveniles first be convicted or found delinquent before a law enforcemen­t agency may take his fingerprin­ts.

HB1343, C. Fite — To amend various sections of the law regarding hearing instrument dispensers.

HB1344, Sabin — To create the Working Families Opportunit­y Act.

HB1345, Hillman — To provide for delayed payment for certain metal transactio­ns; and to provide for exceptions.

SB299, D. Johnson — Concerning the admission of a mentally ill person to an inpatient or outpatient treatment facility; concerning the involuntar­y admissions procedure; and to make technical correction­s.

SB300, D. Johnson — To clarify that accreditat­ion in Arkansas is done by an accreditin­g agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

SB305, J. Cooper — To amend the law concerning annexation­s by 100% petition.

SB309, Hester — To provide that the murder of a jailer or prison official under circumstan­ces manifestin­g an extreme indifferen­ce to human life by a person who is in custody is capital murder.
