Staff aims to build lasting relationships

For more than 31 years, Brooks Marine has been offering boats, motors and a full-line service shop, not only to service the products the business sells but also to help get customers on the water.

Members of the staff at Brooks Marine, located on Bauxite Highway between Benton and Bryant, pride themselves on running a full-line service shop that does its own machine work with a full-year warranty on all engine rebuilds.

Brooks Marine’s mission can be summed up in two words — customer satisfaction.

“We do not forget the customer after the sale,” owners Randy and Karen Brooks said.

Randy and Karen accomplish their customer-satisfaction mission with a friendly staff and by offering quality products, including Stratos and Xpress boats, as well as Yamaha and Mercury outboard motors.

Randy and Karen love what they do. When they aren’t hard at work on the sales floor or in the shop, they enjoy being outdoors fishing or boating.

“It’s good for the whole family, and so relaxing,” Karen said.

The Brooks family counts customers as friends, and helping them is Karen and Randy’s favorite part of opening the doors every day.

“We love it every time we meet new customers or see loyal customers we have had over the years,” Karen said, “listening to what they want in a boat, or service needed, or just to listen to what the customer needs the most.”

Those relationships, along with a customer-first attitude, have allowed Brooks Marine to thrive.
