- SCOTT CARROLL

Police were investigating the robbery of a pizza delivery driver outside a Little Rock apartment building early Monday morning.

Officers responded about 12:13 a.m. to Mabelvale Place Apartments at 7414 Mabelvale Pike. Curtis Copeland, a 42-yearold Domino’s Pizza employee, told police he’d been confronted by two men in the parking lot. Copeland said that after the men began silently circling him, he held up his hands and said, “Take whatever you want,” according to a police report.

The robbers took Copeland’s wallet as well as the pizza he was delivering. They were last seen running east from the apartments.

The robbers are both described as weighing about 170 pounds. One stood 5-foot-10, and the other 5-foot-6.
