––––– – –––– CHAMBERSBU­RG, Pa. — Olga Yvonne Clark Woodfin, age 94, a resident of Chambersbu­rg, Pa., and formerly of Sherwood, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday evening May 30, 2015 under care of Heartland Hospice.

She was born September 1, 1920 outside Nashville, Ark., in the Antioch community, He mp stead County Arkansas and was one of eight children of the late Rodolphus “Dolph” and Nora Lee ( Compton ) Clark. She married her husband, the late James Locke Woodfin, in 1945 of Holly Grove, Ark.

Yvonne devoted her life to her Lord and Savior. Her greatest pleasure besides her role of a devoted wife and mother was her commitment to her church. Yvonne Clark Woodfin met the Lord at an early age in Antioch Baptist Church, Nashville, Ark. She and her husband Jim served the Lord diligently all over the country from Camden, Ark., McAlester, Okla., charter members of Country and Town Baptist Church Camp Hill, Pa., Cullendale, Ark., to Sherwood First Baptist Church since 1972 having served as Sunday School teacher and member of the adult choir for nearly 40 years.

Her additional passions included quilting, gardening and she was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan since she was an aunt to owner Jerry Jones.

Surviving family include two daughters, Janie Lee Woodfin Martin of Pennsylvan­ia, Susan Yvonne Woodfin Rogers ( husband Ronald S. Rogers) of Kansas; four grandchild­ren, Erica Martin Gembe ( husband Gregory Gembe), James Lance Martin, Justin Autumn Bowles and Nora-Lee Yvonne Bowles; four great- grandchild­ren, one sister, Christine Clark Sleeker of Michigan and one brother, Dolph Clark Jr. of Arizona. She was preceded in death by a brother David Clark, four sisters, Theara King, Edna Hyatt, Helen Clark, Arminita Jones.

A graveside memorial service will be held at the convenienc­e of the family at the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Nashville, Ark. ––––– – –––– NACOGDOCHE­S, Texas — Dr. Janiece Buck Campbell, 80, of Nacogdoche­s, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2015. She was born on August 6, 1934, in Arkadelphi­a, Arkansas, the daughter of Chester Lee Terrell and Sadie Lee Bledsoe Terrell. Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 from 5- 7 p. m. at Laird Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 10 a. m. at the First United Methodist Church in Nacogdoche­s with Dr. Jeff McDonald officiatin­g. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.

Dr. Campbell grew up in the DeGray community in Arkadelphi­a, Arkansas. She graduated from Arkadelphi­a High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society, Future Teachers of America, and was on the Homecoming Court. She

attended Kilgore College where she was recognized in Who’s Who at Kilgore College. She attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she graduated Suma Cum Laude with Bachelor’s degree as well as her Master’s degree. She then attended The University of Texas at Austin where she earned her PhD. Dr. Campbell was a Professor at Lamar University in Beaumont and Stephen F. Austin State University, where she taught courses in the field of Educationa­l Leadership. Dr. Campbell was a former Assistant Superinten­dent of Schools in the Nacogdoche­s Independen­t School District as well as Superinten­dent of Schools for the Garrison Independen­t School District. Dr. Campbell was a respected educationa­l leader throughout East Texas.

Dr. Campbell was active in many favorite activities. She was very fond of her flowers and enjoyed gardening a great deal. Her favorite activity was loving and caring for her family. She was a member of the Rotary Club in Nacogdoche­s as well as a Lifetime Member of the Alumni Associatio­n of Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Campbell was an active member of the First United Methodist Church. She was a Sunday school teacher there and was a member of The Upper Room Sunday school class.

Dr. Campbell is survived by her husband, Al Campbell; sons, Larry Buck and his wife, Joann of Throckmort­on, Texas, and Gary Buck and his wife, Karen of Houston, Texas; a daughter, Jana Hedrick and her husband, Don of Kilgore, Texas; brothers, Robert Terrell and H. C. “Terry” Terrell; grandchild­ren, Coleman Buck, Jena Hedrick, Morgan Buck, Leanne Burck, Samantha Buck, Abigail Buck, Audrey Rossler, Yvonne Sweeney, and Charles Nacol. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Lee Terrell and Sadie Lee Bledsoe Terrell.

Pallbearer­s for Dr. Campbell will be Gary Buck, Larry Buck, Morgan Buck, Don Hedrick, H. C. “Terry” Terrell and Robert Terrell.

Mrs. Gaylor passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in Tyler, Texas. She was born May 28, 1933 in Mulberry, Arkansas to Clifford and Atha McLin Riley.

Nancy was formerly a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, a Master Gardener and active in Heifer Internatio­nal. She graduated from Van Buren High School and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Nancy retired from the National Labor Relations Board in 2003.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Paul, Robert and John; son, Tom Gaylor and a granddaugh­ter, Amber Enge. She is survived by a son, Craig Gaylor and wife Debbie of Bullard, Texas; daughters, Cary Magill of Shoreline, Washington and Julie Hendrickso­n of St. Louis, Missouri; a sister, Nadean Bell of Saginaw, Texas; a grandson, Riley Kimble and a great- grandson, William Enge.
