Liberty at Georgia State: So far Georgia State is 0-2 outside of the Sun Belt, with a win over New Mexico State in conference play. The Panthers look to pick up their first out-of-conference win this week against FCS Liberty, who comes to town after dropping a road game at Southern Illinois 34-13 last week. Wyoming at Appalachian State: Wyoming travels to North Carolina this week, hoping to pick up their first win of the season as they take on Appalachian State. The Mountaineers come in hoping to continue the momentum from their 49-0 win over Conference USA foe Old Dominion last week.
Idaho at Arkansas State: In a matchup featuring a pair of threeloss teams, Arkansas State opens up their conference slate at home, hoping to bounce back from a 37-7 loss at Toledo as they welcome Idaho to town. The Vandals come in hoping to bounce back from a 44-20 loss to Georgia Southern in their conference opener.
South Alabama at Troy: South Alabama ventures out on the road looking to rebound from a home loss to N.C. State last week. In the conference opener for both teams, the Jaguars head to Troy to take on a Trojans team looking to bounce back from a 28-3 road loss to No. 24 Wisconsin.
