MULBERRY — Frankie and Johnny Holt will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary from 1-5 p.m. Saturday at their home. The couple were married Nov. 1, 1955. She is the former Frankie Loretta Young and retired from the North Little Rock School District. He retired from the U.S. Air Force. They are the parents of Johnny Holt II of North Little Rock and Thomas Holt of Dallas.

BEEBE — Jalynn and Ronnie Johnson will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married Nov. 5, 1965. She is the former Jalynn Stevenson and a retired media aide for Cabot Public Schools. He is a retired girls basketball coach for Bradford High School. They are the parents of Paul Johnson of Maumelle and have one grandchild.

TEXARKANA, Texas — Judy and Bill Crutchfield celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Scotland and England. The couple were married Oct. 30, 1965. She is the former Judy Raines. He retired as a bank president from banks in Mena and Texarkana. They are the parents of Bill Crutchfield Jr. of Nashville, Tenn., and have two grandchildren.

MAYFLOWER — Ruth and Howard Wheeler will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Australia later this year. The couple were married Oct. 23, 1965. She is the former Ruth Bretzlaff and retired from the Internal Revenue Service. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. They are the parents of Chris Wheeler of Higden and have two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. MORRILTON — Edie and Gary Harris celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a surprise reception Oct. 17 at First Presbyterian Church. The couple were married Oct. 16, 1965. They are the parents of Gary Harris of Bentonville, Jim Harris of Conway and Bryan Harris of Morrilton. The couple have five grandchildren.
