ALLEN’S APPLIANCE

Shop offers top brands, friendly customer service

-

The Allen family has built a tradition of exceptional service in the appliance business by outfitting customers with quality products that keep their homes running efficiently.

Allen’s Appliance in Beebe was founded in 1988 by the late J.T. Allen, along with his son, Jim, and daughter-inlaw, Gisela Allen. The following year, J.T.’s wife, Nora, joined the venture. She was known to customers as “Nana Nora,” and she worked in the store until she died at age 92.

“Our goal is to give personalized service to our customers,” Jim said. “We want all of our customers to feel at home and think of us as helpful and caring. We try to always be kind, with lots of smiles and friendly conversation.”

Whether customers are looking to overhaul their entire kitchen or just replace a broken machine, Allen’s carries a full line of new Maytag and Amana appliances at competitive prices, as well as affordable pre-owned models, with normal delivery offered at no cost.

When customers have questions about their purchases or an old appliance, they can depend on Jim’s more than 40 years of experience for valuable advice. Jim worked at another family member’s appliance store before he and J.T. opened their own store.

“We not only sell new and used appliances; we sell parts for most brands and offer a lot of do-it-yourself help to our customers and friends,” Jim said.

“At Allen’s, we also offer service after the sale, and we do our own warranty work on the products that we sell,” he said, which makes keeping customers’ appliances in good working order fast and easy.
