Joseph Winningham, 16, is the son of Joe Don and Caroline Winningham of Conway. He is a member of Troop 392 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Conway. For his Eagle Project, Joseph repaired bridges on the Cove Lake Trail in the U.S. Forest Service’s Mount Magazine Ranger District and built a bridge over a low-lying area of trail. Cole Blagg, 17, is the son of Susan and Jason Blagg of Sherwood. He is a member of Troop 427 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic School in North Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Cole constructe­d a flower bed and religious wall shrines for Saint Edward Catholic Church in Little Rock. Andrew Williams, 17, is the son of Shannon and Edward Williams of Sherwood. He is a member of Troop 427 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in North Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Andrew refurbishe­d the deck and landscape area surroundin­g St. Edward Catholic Church’s Youth House in Little Rock. Jerry Griffin, 16, is the son of Bryan and Kimberly Griffin of Cabot. He is a member of Troop 201 at the Cabot Church of Christ. For his Eagle Project, Jerry gathered donations and put together 500 blessing bags containing personal hygiene products, socks, water and snacks. These bags were passed out to individual­s in need, homeless camps and shelters. Seth Joslin, 16, is the son of Danny and Angie Joslin of Austin. He is a member of Troop 201 at the Cabot Church of Christ. For his Eagle Project, Seth painted educationa­l games on the playground and blacktop to be used by the children at Eastside Elementary School in Cabot. Caleb Whitmore, 16, is the son of Jim and Karon Whit more of Paron. He is a member of Troop 99 at the Grace Church in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Caleb managed four teams of Scouts as they moved a security gate, built a picnic table, painted goal lines on a basketball court and cleared brush from the playground at Grace Church. Brandon Weidling, 17, is the son of Roger and Tricia Weidling of Cabot. He is a member of Troop 23 at the Cabot United Methodist Church. For his Eagle Project, Brandon led a group in the design and building of six benches for the children’s outdoor area of the Cabot Public Library. Keldan Halvorson, 15, is the son of Angie and Danny Halvorson of Conway. He is a member of Troop 392 at the Peace Lutheran Church in Conway. For his Eagle Project, Keldan renovated and repaired the playground at the church. John Davis, 17, is the son of Tom and Laura Davis of Little Rock. He is a member of Troop 99 at the Grace Churc h in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, John led a group of scouts in building a boundary fence between Conner Park and Grace Church properties and posting signs to notify hikers. Parker Monk, 14, is the son of Jennifer and Pledge Monk III of Roland. He is a member of Troop 99 at the Grace Church in Little Rock. For his Eagle Project, Parker led his troop in the replacemen­t of the dilapidate­d fencing surroundin­g the dumpster of the church, making it functional and aesthetica­lly pleasing.
