LUNCHEON SPEAKERS
Dr. Steve Alexander, left, a White River Medical Center breast surgeon, spoke about breast health during WRMC’s Community Health Education luncheon March 14. Jane Summers of Batesville, right. a guest speaker at the event, shared her personal experience as a breast-cancer survivor. WRMC hosts Community Health Education luncheons on the second Tuesday of each month in the conference center on the WRMC campus. The next event will be at noon April 11. Dr. John Allgood, a radiation oncologist, will speak on radiation therapy. The event is free and open to the public.
