Kenneth Williams

Age: 38 From: Pine Bluff Sentenced: Aug. 30, 2000, in Lincoln County Less than a montha after being sentenced to life in prison for the murder of a University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff cheerleader, Williams escaped from the the Cummins prison unit in 1999 and killed a farmer, then led police in Missouri on a high-speed chase that resulted in the death of a motorist. Williams was sentenced to death for killing the farmer, Cecil Boren. He later confessed to another murder in a letter to the editor in the Pine Bluff Commercial.
