EVERETT BUICK GMC.
Family-owned dealership focuses on community connection
Buying a vehicle is an important decision, but customers at Everett Buick GMC in Bryant can feel confident that they will be met with friendly service and a great selection. That’s because in 2016, the dealership was named the No. 1 Buick GMC dealer in the nation for the seventh consecutive year.
Everett Buick GMC was also named the No. 1 Overall General Motors Dealer for 2016, outselling every other GM dealer in the country, including Chevrolet. This marks the first time in automotive history that the award has gone to a Buick-GMC dealer.
Co-owner Susie Everett said she invites those looking for a new vehicle to come discover the “Everett difference” that has allowed the business to outsell every other Buick GMC dealership in the country.
“Our staff members are the reason we excel,” she said. “Every position in our dealership is important, from the receptionist greeting you to the car-wash [staff] in the back. If not for their caring about the customer, working with integrity and giving good customer service, we would not have the good reputation we have.”
The highly trained, professional sales staff works hard to find the ideal vehicle that suits each customer’s specific needs, she said, which is one reason the dealership has held on to its prestigious title.
The company’s mission is to provide professional, family-like customer service, she said, adding that staff members strive to make sure every customer is completely satisfied with every visit. Family ownership helps ensure outstanding customer service, she said.
“We have family members at the dealership every day who care about the way business is conducted, and that influences other staff members to care more and put in extra effort, too,” she said.
In addition, the dealership boasts the largest Buick GMC inventory in Arkansas, so customers will have no trouble finding the vehicle that interests them, whether they shop online or on the lot.
“We are proud to always hold a wide selection of inventory for the convenience of our customers when they shop with us,” Everett said.
Everett’s new state-of-the-art facility offers the latest technology and a comfortable, luxurious environment for customers. Visitors can enjoy a spacious customer lounge with free Wi-Fi and refreshments while they have their vehicles serviced by the dealership’s GM-certified service department.
Proudly displayed on the walls of the facility are photos, plaques and awards given to both the dealership and the numerous community organizations it supports, including Boys & Girls Clubs of America, the Christian Community Care Clinic, the Saline Memorial Hospital Foundation, the Arkansas Foodbank and many others.
Local ownership allows the company to remain accountable to the community, Everett said.
“We care about where we live and where our children and grandchildren are raised,” she said. “We feel connected to the community and want to give back.”
