Park Hill charm

Classic family home has plenty of space

-

This four-bedroom, three-bath home, built in 1950 and located in North Little Rock’s historic Park Hill, teams midcentury charm with modern updates.

Just beyond the tiled foyer, the spacious family room has large windows for natural light. The decorative fireplace creates a canvas for seasonal decorating and adds ambience to the space. The hardwood floor continues throughout the home’s main level, except for the tiled kitchen and baths.

The kitchen has painted floor-toceiling cabinetry, granite-tile counters and backsplashes, a gas stove, a microwave/vent hood and a dishwasher. The workspace has enough room for a small breakfast table. A swinging door leads from the kitchen to the dining room, which is illuminated by a shaded chandelier, and the dining room opens to the family room for easy entertaining.

His-and-hers closets can be found in the spacious master bedroom. The en suite bath has a tile floor and a ceramic-tiled shower. There are two additional bedrooms on the main level, along with a tiled hall bath that has a single-sink vanity and a tub/shower combination with a tile surround. For added flexibility, the fourth bedroom is positioned in the home’s finished attic and could be used as a teen hangout or a media/game room.

A covered patio overlooks the fully fenced backyard, and the detached garage has a workshop area. A few of the home’s other amenities include window treatments, ceiling fans, a covered carport and more.
