House Sr. and wife Kay of Lonoke; two nephews, two nieces and two great- nephews, as well as one uncle Robert L. Turner and wife Mary Lee of Benton. She is also survived by her two “baby girls” Bingo and Button, her two miniature Boston terriers.

The family wishes to thank all the nurses and other staff on 8H at UAMS who took such good care of Phyllis during the month she was with them and Sara and Hazel, the two nurses at Arkansas Hospice who were with her when she passed.

At Phyllis’ request there will be no funeral service. She will be buried at Old Austin Cemetery next to Glynn and her daddy.

Phyllis loved flowers but because of her special love for animals donations in her memory to the Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, 72210, or an animal care organization of your choice would be appreciated.
