Tech ROTC inducts first Hall of Honor members

RUSSELLVILLE — Arkansas Tech University’s U.S. Army ROTC inducted 12 distinguished alumni of the program into the newly created Arkansas Tech ROTC Hall of Honor during a Homecoming 2017 ceremony on the Russellville campus.

Members of the inaugural Arkansas Tech ROTC Hall of Honor class are Capt. Jimmy Cartwright (awarded posthumously), Maj. Gen. Ronald S. Chastain, Maj. Gen. Harley C. Davis, Brig. Gen. Gracus K. Dunn, Maj. Gen. William E. Harmon, Maj. Gen. Gary W. Johnston, Col. Dalton R. Jones, Brig. Gen. Larry C. Newman, Lt. Col. William J. Sidebottom, Col. William H. Speer, Maj. Gen. William D. Wofford and Col. Stephen A. Womack.

The induction ceremony was held in conjunction with an Arkansas Tech ROTC reunion at Tomlinson Hall.
