Anthony Black was one of four players to finish with at least 10 points as the University of Arkansas at Little Rock routed the University of the Ozarks before an announced crowd of 1,533 at the Jack Stephens Center in Little Rock.

The victory snapped a four-game losing streak for the Trojans (3-9).

Black led the way by scoring 19 points on 7-of-10 shooting, including 5 of 7 on three-pointers. Ryan Pippins had 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting. Ben Marcus also had 14 points on 7-of-8 shooting, and Cameron Corcoran had 12 points on 4-of-7 shooting.

Overall, 12 players scored for the Trojans.

UALR scored the first five points of the game and were threatened one time when Ozarks used a 10-2 spurt to close the score to 24-19 with 7:46 left in the first half. UALR answered with a 21-6 run to end the half up 45-25.

As a team, the Trojans shot 36 of 68 from the floor, including 12 of 30 on three-pointers. They made 10 of 15 free throws. They outrebound­ed Ozarks 4429 and enjoyed a 46-10 advantage on points in the lane. Black led the Trojans with 11 rebounds.

The Trojans had eight turnovers to Ozarks’ 19, with 14 of those turnovers coming on steals and 34 points coming off turnovers.

UALR held Ozarks to 17-of-52 shooting from the floor, including 7 of 26 on three-pointers.

Ozarks was led by Dylan Gray, who had 18 points on 5-of-11 shooting.
