The Arkansas Repertory Theatre lists several special events — except as noted, all at the Rep, 601 Main St., Little Rock — in connection with its production of The Call:

Pre-show director talks, 6:15 p.m. Wednesday-Thursday, in advance of the show’s two preview performanc­es. Producing Artistic Director John Miller-Stephany and members of the creative team provide insights.

“Pay What You Can Night,” 7 p.m. Wednesday, sponsored by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Buy tickets in person at the box office on the day of the performanc­e (9 a.m.-curtain). At least 100 tickets will be available; limit: two per person.

Clinton School of Public Service Distinguis­hed Speaker Series, noon Thursday, Clinton School of Public Service, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock. A panel discussion featuring Miller-Stephany and members of the cast and creative team.

Beer Night With Lost Forty and the Arkansas Times, 6 p.m. Thursday, preceding the second preview.

If you’re between 22-40, your age is what you pay for tickets (50 tickets available, limited: four per household; proof of age required).
