Anniversaries

Una and Frank McClure of Searcy will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary. The couple were married March 19, 1948. She is the former Una Hogan and retired from the North Little Rock Housing Authority. He served in the Air Force and retired as an Air Guard technician from the Arkansas Air National Guard. They are the parents of Pam Reid of Searcy and Stan McClure of Irving, Texas. They have five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Rosanne and Joe Ramer of Little Rock will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married March 23, 1968. She is the former Rosanne Craig and a retired receptionist for Geyer Springs First Baptist Church. He retired from Goff Distribution Inc.

JoAnn and Mike Cushman of Evening Shade celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a private dinner hosted by their children and grandchildren. They were married Feb. 17, 1968. She is the former JoAnn Whitten. The couple are retired owners of Cushman Electric. They are the parents of Michelle Huff of Evening Shade and Karen Walter of Bryant and have four grandchildren.

Joyce and Lloyd Howerton of Greenbrier have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. The couple were married March 16, 1968. She is the former Joyce Ann Moore and a retired teacher/counselor from the Pulaski County Special School District. He is a retired business owner and manager. They are the parents of Kirk Howerton who lives in Hong Kong.
