David Stogsdill has been named senior vice president of commercial banking at Simmons Bank. Scott DeBoer has been promoted to commercial loan manager at Arvest Bank.

LAW ENFORCEMENT

Aric Mitchell has been hired as the new public information officer at the Fort Smith Police Department. Danny Baker has been promoted to deputy chief, Thomas Wes Milam has been promoted to captain, and Jason Thompson has been promoted to captain, also at the Fort Smith Police Department.

REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Brandon Campbell has joined the Little Rock Regional Chamber as the new director of small business and diversity initiatives.
