Conway shop constantly changing

With fresh inventory coming in all the time, The Furniture Consignment Place of Conway is like a new store every day.

Owner Chris Quinn, who bought the business in 2011, helps her customers take the stress out of reselling their furniture.

The store carries a variety of furniture, home decor, lamps and more. Inventory includes top brands such as Ashley, Lexington, Basset, Lane and much more.

Quinn and her staff evaluate each item when it comes into the shop to ensure that the item is in good condition. Quinn said reselling items in her store eliminates the effort of a garage sale and reduces the hassle and risk that come with selling through online outlets.

“You never know what you’re going to get on Facebook or Craigslist,” she said. “At The Furniture Consignment Place, my staff and I do the hard work so you can take care of yourself and your family.”

In addition to its consignment offerings, the store also has a variety of new merchandise available. These items are offered at a lower price than at other retail outlets.

The Furniture Consignment Place has been open since 2004. Quinn said she never expected to own her own business, but she got to know the previous owners by handling their advertising and marketing in local newspapers.

Pickup and delivery are also available for a nominal fee.
