New family clinic opens in Fairfield Bay

BATESVILLE — White River Health System has announced the opening of a new medical clinic in Fairfield Bay. The WRHS Fairfield Bay Family Clinic opened Jan. 7 with Ashley Bagwell, advanced-practice registered nurse, as the family provider.

Bagwell earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Walden University. As an APRN, Bagwell will provide primary care, including wellness exams, to patients of all ages. Bagwell is focused on providing quality care to residents of Fairfield Bay and surroundin­g areas, as well as maintainin­g direct communicat­ion with her patients and the health care community.

The clinic will bring additional family care to Fairfield Bay, as well as a variety of specialist­s to conduct regular clinics. The clinic is at 110 Village Lane and will be open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

The WRHS Fairfield Bay Family Clinic will be a part of health system’s clinic network.

Clinic physicians and nurse practition­ers provide care emphasizin­g disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyle choices. Other clinics in the River Valley & Ozark

Edition coverage area are in Drasco and Heber Springs.
