NEW HIRES Moore hired as flight instructor in aviation department
MELBOURNE — Sandra Moore has been hired as a new certificated flight instructor in the aviation department at
Ozarka College. Prior to this position, Moore served as an instructor, which led to jobs in aircraft sales, cargo operations in the Bahamas, and a crew member on a variety of business jets, flying both charter and Part 91 operations.
Moore has also instructed professional pilots on several jet aircraft at Flight Safety International on Level D simulators in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. She is originally from Tennessee but has lived all over the U.S.
“Sandra brings extensive professional aviation experience to the department,” said John Catlett, aviation department director. “She also has instructing experience that will be beneficial to Ozarka’s students. I look forward to working with Sandra.”
