NEW HIRES Moore hired as flight in­struc­tor in avi­a­tion depart­ment

MEL­BOURNE — San­dra Moore has been hired as a new cer­tifi­cated flight in­struc­tor in the avi­a­tion depart­ment at

Ozarka Col­lege. Prior to this po­si­tion, Moore served as an in­struc­tor, which led to jobs in air­craft sales, cargo op­er­a­tions in the Ba­hamas, and a crew mem­ber on a va­ri­ety of busi­ness jets, fly­ing both char­ter and Part 91 op­er­a­tions.

Moore has also in­structed pro­fes­sional pi­lots on sev­eral jet air­craft at Flight Safety In­ter­na­tional on Level D sim­u­la­tors in Dal­las-Fort Worth, Texas. She is orig­i­nally from Ten­nessee but has lived all over the U.S.

“San­dra brings ex­ten­sive pro­fes­sional avi­a­tion ex­pe­ri­ence to the depart­ment,” said John Catlett, avi­a­tion depart­ment di­rec­tor. “She also has in­struct­ing ex­pe­ri­ence that will be ben­e­fi­cial to Ozarka’s stu­dents. I look for­ward to work­ing with San­dra.”
