Founded in 1927, Arkansas State University-Beebe is the oldest two-year college in Arkansas, which translates to exceptional experience in education. The college offers associate degrees, technical certificates and certificates of proficiency in several unique programs — including John Deere Agriculture Equipment Technology, Veterinary Technology, and Residential and Commercial Upholstery — not available anywhere else in the state. ASU-Beebe is also the only two-year college in the state that offers an associate degree in fine arts, with an emphasis in art, music or theater. Additionally, ASU-Beebe is the only community college in Arkansas with on-campus residence halls where students can enjoy the full college experience.
ASU-Beebe has four convenient campuses: in Beebe, Heber Springs, Searcy and Little Rock Air Force Base. ASU-Beebe also offers a wide selection of online courses.
ASU-Beebe offers more than 80 degree and certificate options, including programs in agriculture, automotive repair technology, business, education, diesel technology, fine arts, computer information and network systems technology, nursing, pharmacy technician, veterinary technician and welding.
ASU-Beebe offers more than 80 2 + 2 Transfer agreement programs with four-year universities around the state. Beebe also collaborates with Arkansas State University in Jonesboro to offer 10 bachelor’s degrees and a Master of Business Administration degree at the Beebe campus.
