The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of Italian silk and French lace with a deep V-neckline and back. A detachable over-skirt and train were embellished with hand-sewn lace. She carried a round garden-style bouquet of white roses, peonies, hellebores, ranunculus and lisianthus.

Immediately after the ceremony, there was a cocktail hour around the home’s pool followed by dinner and dancing at Chenal Country Club. Fourteen-foot-tall trees created a canopy in the ballroom and guest tables held urns of blue hydrangeas, pink French tulips, white garden roses, and green viburnum. Music was by the Emerald Empire Band.
