Vacation Bible School BATESVILLE — Southside United Methodist Church, 39 Magnolia St., just across from Southside High School, will have Vacation Bible School for kindergart­ners through sixth-graders today through Wednesday. Wait Until Dark SEARCY — Harding University’s Searcy Summer Dinner Theatre will present Wait Until Dark, the final summer show of the theater’s 37th season, today and Thursday through Saturday at the Harding University Ulrey Performing Arts Center, off Jimmy Carr Street. Each show begins with a buffet dinner at 6:30 p.m. provided by Classic Fare Catering, followed by the show at 7 p.m. Tickets are $32, and a limited number of showonly seats will be available for $17. White County Business Expo

SEARCY — The White County Business Expo: Be the Revolution will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Harding University’s Ganus Activities Center. The free event will showcase 100 businesses and offer food samples, prizes and a variety of products and services. The expo is open to the public, and booth registrati­ons are being accepted.

American Legion Post 71 Meeting CABOT — Criswell-Robinson American Legion Post 71, 114 N. First St., and its Auxiliary Unit will have their monthly membership meeting at

Melissa Wilkinson Exhibit

BATESVILLE — The Batesville Area Arts Council presents The Other Side of Nothing: Works by Melissa Wilkinson through Saturday at the BAAC Gallery on Main, 226 E. Main St. The exhibit features a series of watercolor paintings relating to the artist’s interest in dichotomie­s. Wilkinson is an associate professor of art and painting at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. The exhibit is free and open to the public. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.

Ash Flat Senior Center Activities

ASH FLAT — The Ash Flat Senior Life Center invites residents of Ash Flat and surroundin­g areas to the following weekly events: bingo from 9-10:30 a.m. Tuesdays and Fridays; card games, board games and painting from 9-10:30 a.m. Thursdays; and exercise classes from 10-10:30 a.m. Thursdays.
