Arkansas as an individual agent with the highest sales volume.

Plumlee had a total sales volume of $22,765,413 during 2018. According to Real Trends, more than 12,500 real estate profession­als from every state in the United States are featured on the list, and being ranked No. 1 in Arkansas is a prestigiou­s accomplish­ment for Plumlee.

“We are proud of our growing number of Crye-Leike sales associates and agent teams who are being recognized among the top residentia­l real estate agents in America,” said Harold Crye, co-owner of Crye-Leike.

“Their ranking represents the time and effort that they put into each client that they serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career,” he said. “The level of sales it takes for these Crye-Leike sales associates to qualify makes this ranking a truly special recognitio­n for them.”

Plumlee is a member of the National Associatio­n of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Associatio­n and the Hot Springs Board of Realtors. A contributo­r to the real estate industry for 30 years, Plumlee earned the Hot Springs Board of Realtors’ Lifetime Achievemen­t Award and the Triple Diamond Award in 2017 and 2018. She has also received the Crye-Leike Circle of Excellence award, the highest achievemen­t a Realtor can earn at Crye-Leike. Plumlee said she enjoys her career, and she will continue to help her clients to the best of her ability.

“I love working with buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals and dreams,” Plumlee said.

“I think it is very important to listen to your clients and to get involved in your area so you can give back to your community,” she said. “Crye-Leike gives me great opportunit­ies to do that, and with so many wonderful fellow agents in the industry, it makes that even better.”

Outside of real estate, Plumlee is an active member in the Hot Springs community. She founded the I Care Toy Drive, the Fill a Purse program for homeless women and the Jeans for Teens program for less-fortunate children. She also serves on the fundraisin­g board for the Cooper-Anthony Mercy Child Abuse Awareness luncheon.
