Newer Heights home offers classic style

-

Built on a corner lot in the Englewood area of The Heights in Little Rock, this six-bedroom, four-and-ahalf-bath home blends the best of vintage style with modern convenience.

Iron fencing surrounds the front and back yards, and there is a covered porch between the two-car garage and the house. Classic Craftsman columns frame the picturesque front porch.

Inside, the main level features stained-concrete floors with radiant heat for added comfort. A vaulted ceiling soars above the den, kitchen and casual dining area, and a wall of windows floods the entire space with natural light. The sitting area features a site-built fireplace that’s flanked by built-in bookcases. The open-concept kitchen offers custom cabinetry, a large island/breakfast bar, granite counters, tile backsplashes, a copper farmhouse sink, a walk-in pantry and a butler’s pantry. Stainlesssteel appliances include a 48-inch refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a gas cooktop, two dishwashers and more. There is also a formal dining room for entertaining. The main-level study has built-in bookcases and could be used as a second living area.

The carpeted master bedroom is on the main level and has a sitting area and French doors to the porch. The tiled bath offers a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub, a frameless glass shower and a walk-in closet with built-ins. The remaining five bedrooms, along with three full baths, are on the home’s second level. One bath is a Jack-and-Jill and is positioned between two of the bedrooms. The home’s third story features a large playroom that has a cork floor and a storage closet.

Other amenities include a laundry area, a main-level powder room, a security system, a central vacuum, a sprinkler system and more.
