JAMES TRUMAN GOODSON, 76, of Little Rock passed away Sunday, September 29, 2019.
He was born July 22, 1943 in Roland, Arkansas to the late Cab Ward, Sr. and Mary Octalee Jernigan Goodson. He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife of 46 years, Sandra Goodson; granddaughter, Afton Goodson; brothers, Joe, Cab, Jr., Sam, Dick, Jack Goodson; and sisters, Ruth France, Mildred Morris and Carolyn Maness. Truman is survived by his children, Angela (Teal) Tollett, Bart (Karen Sue) Goodson, Karen (Benny) Richards and Chad (Jennifer) Goodson; twelve grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Truman was a Master Electrician for over 50 years. He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting, gardening and going to the horse races with his family. His true passion was treasure hunting for anything from antiques to scrap metal and his generous heart that will be missed by all.
A visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.SmithFamilyCares.com.

CLARENCE “CHUCK” HOWELL, 70, passed away September 28, 2019. He was born January 8, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Clyde and Blanch Howell. In addition to his parents, Clarence was preceded in death by three sisters; a brother; and son, Anthony Howell. Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend who will be missed by all who were privileged to know him. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Angela Howell; son, Lucas Howell; daughter, Farrah Howell; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
