CONWAY — The Faulkner County library will present Sally Barris in concert at 2 p.m. Barris is a Nashville songwriter who has had songs covered by Kathy Mattea, Martina McBride and Lee Ann Womack. Free Lunch

DRASCO — The Combat Vet Motorcycle Associatio­n will offer a free lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Drasco Trading Post. Taste Along the River

DARDANELLE — Renaissanc­e of Dardanelle will sponsor Taste Along the River, beginning at 4 p.m. on Front Street. The cost is $5 to taste food items. Zion Lutheran Church Fall Fest

AUGSBURG — Zion Lutheran Church in Augsburg will have its 12th annual Fall Fest at 10 a.m. The church is at the intersecti­on of Arkansas 333 and Augsburg Road, north of London and northwest of Dover. There is no admission charge, and the public is invited. The festival will feature a variety of activities for all ages, as well as prize drawings, all-day musical entertainm­ent and German food. Proceeds from the festival will go to the River Valley Christian Clinic in Dardanelle and the Augsburg Food Pantry.

Ozark Perspectiv­es Art Exhibit

CLINTON — The Ozark Perspectiv­es Art Exhibit, by the North Central Arkansas Artist League, will be on display until Oct. 26 at Ozark Health Medical Center, 2500 U.S. 65 S. Still on the Hill Concert

FAIRFIELD BAY — The North Central Arkansas Foundation for Arts and Education will present Still on the Hill in concert from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Fairfield Bay Conference Center. Husband-and-wife duo Kelly and Donna Muhollan will perform music from their latest CD, Cane Hill, the result of a project focused on the northwest Arkansas town of Cane Hill. The duo often incorporat­e facts and tales from Arkansas history into their songs. The concert and parking are free, but donations for future events will be accepted. Still on the Hill will have a selection of their CDs for sale.

KidsFest

Russellvil­le Christmas Parade

RUSSELLVIL­LE — The Russellvil­le Christmas Parade will begin at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 6. Parade entry forms are available at the Recreation and Parks Department office, 1000 East Parkway, or at www. russellvil­learkansas.org.

The entry fee is $25 for a float and $100 for a commercial entry other than a float. All participan­ts must submit an entry form. The deadline to enter is noon Dec. 2. The parade’s rainout date is Dec. 9. For more informatio­n, call (479) 968-1272.
