The House and Senate State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committees also voted to refer the matter to the Legislative Council’s personnel subcommittee, a task force studying funding for the judicial system, and the House and Senate Judiciary Committees. But the chief justice of Arkansas’ Supreme Court, Jim Hannah, said later that the attorney general’s office has reviewed these claims and found they have no merit.
