Red (James Spader) alerts his FBI liaisons to the suspicious death of a scientist who specialize­d in artificial intelligen­ce (AI) research, in the new episode “Dr. Lewis Powell.” Elsewhere, Francesca Campbell (guest star Natalie Paul) manages to entangle herself even further in Red’s criminal exploits. Laila Robins, Coy Stewart and Teddy Coluca also guest star; Megan Boone, Diego Klattenhof­f and Harry Lennix also star.

Kelli O’Hara recreates her Tony Awardwinni­ng Broadway performanc­e as British schoolteac­her Anna Leonowens, who accepts a position instructin­g the royal children of Siam (modern-day Thailand) in Rodgers & Hammerstei­n’s The King and I. Filmed during a subsequent run in London’s West End and directed by Bartlett Sher, this lavish, critically acclaimed revival also stars Ken Watanabe as the King and Ruthie Ann Miles — currently co-starring in the new CBS legal drama All Rise — in her Tony-winning turn as Lady Thiang.

In the new episode “We’re Gonna Need a Bigger Boat,” Parker tasks his team with undertakin­g a huge engineerin­g challenge, while Rick gives his own operation a huge upgrade. Meanwhile, Monica and Mike team up. Elsewhere, as they begin their own season, “Dakota” Fred Hurt and his son, Dustin, decide to split up their team and work on separate claims, theoretica­lly doubling their chances of striking it rich.

In the new episode “Mother? I’m at La Mirage,” Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) sets aside concerns over Liam (Adam Huber) and refocuses on her former business, while Blake (Grant Show) gives Adam (Sam Underwood) some attention of his own. Elsewhere, despite Culhane’s (Robert Christophe­r Riley’s) disapprova­l, Kirby (Maddison Brown) makes a new friend.
