United Bank announced that Tom Allen had become a member of the bank’s board of directors.

BUSINESS

Randy Southerlan­d, vice president and commercial loan officer for Arvest Bank, has joined the board of directors of the Arkansas Aerospace and Defense Alliance.

Snell Prosthetic­s & Orthotics announced that Rick Fleetwood, the company’s chief executive officer, will retire effective Friday. Company owner Frank Snell will continue to serve as president and will assume the CEO position on Fleetwood’s retirement.

Quattlebau­m, Grooms & Tull announced that R. Seth Hampton, Sarah Keith-Bolden, Scott M. Lar and Thomas H. Wyatt have joined the law firm.

Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard announced that lawyer Derrick Smith has been elected to the firm’s board.

Cross, Gunter, Witherspoo­n & Galchus announced an expansion with the addition of Philip E. Kaplan, Bonnie Johnson, Nicholas Williams, Robin G. Fish, and Bryan Borland.
