HENSLEY — Gay Robinson Cameron

of the Ico Community near Hensley, Arkansas, was born November 24, 1940, in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Roy and Vivian Vestal Robinson. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in the Ico Community, where she served as the organizer for VBS and was a Sunday School teacher for many years. She was a 1958 graduate of Central High School, and had been a secretary for Arkansas Land and Title Associatio­n. As her children were growing up, she was President of Geyer

Springs Elementary School PTA and had served as Boy Scout Den Mother. She also was an active circle member of United Methodist Women for many years. She enjoyed going to the beach, yard work and swimming with her grandchild­ren in her pool. Gay went to be with Her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at her home at the age of 79.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Cameron, and a brother, Larry Robinson. Survivors: sons and daughtersi­n-law, Nick and Anne Cameron of Ico, Ted and Kim Cameron of Ico; daughters and sons-in-law, Wynn and Don Moore of Hico, Texas, Shea and Jack Foster of Ferndale; 12 grandchild­ren; 17 great-grandchild­ren; two great-great-grandchild­ren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday, February 22, 2020, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Moore, Jr. officiatin­g. A committal service will be held at 1 p.m. at Cato Cemetery (13915 Frenchman Mountain Road, Sherwood, Arkansas). Visitation will be prior to the service from 10 a.m. until service time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Frank and Barbara Broyles Foundation, 3810 N Front Street, #3, Fayettevil­le, Ark. 72703.
