New neighborhood offers great view

Falstone Court, one of Chenal Valley’s newest neighborhoods, features gorgeous views and serene green spaces. Homes are under construction in the first two phases. When complete, the area will include 160 homes.

There are 25 lots available, with prices ranging from $60,000 to $107,000. The minimum square footage for one-level homes is 2,200; multilevel homes should be at least 2,600 square feet.

Developed by Potlatch Deltic, Chenal Valley is a 4,800-acre community positioned in the heart of west Little Rock. A large portion of the land has been set aside as green space, creating a peaceful setting. The area includes numerous neighborhoods with homes in a wide range of styles and price points, as well as three community parks and swimming pools, and the Chenal Country Club.

Along with traditional neighborhoods, the development includes luxury-condominium and apartment homes, as well as patio homes.
