63, of Little Rock, Ark., departed this life April 29, 2020. He is preceded in death by: parents: Oscar Outlaw and Elsie Ivann.

He leaves to cherish his memory: children, Maryah Outlaw, Myasia Outlaw, Katerina Outlaw; siblings, Anthony, Ernest, Tiffany, Sheryl and Raynette Outlaw; two grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
