Museum reopens with restrictions
The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History in downtown Little Rock has reopened with some coronavirus-related restrictions.
The museum, along with other Little Rock Parks and Recreation facilities, closed to the public in mid-March because of the pandemic.
Visitors are not required to wear masks but are encouraged to do so, according to the city’s website. Staff members will wear masks and gloves.
In the lobby, each guest must fill out a health questionnaire asking about travel, possible contact with the coronavirus and any illness symptoms before going into the museum.
The museum asks that anyone who is feeling ill or has symptoms associated with covid-19 not visit.
A total of 50 people will be allowed in the museum at one time. The museum has reduced hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is open Tuesdays through Fridays.
