Little Rock plans to demolish a residential structure at 103 S. Schiller St.

The city Board of Directors on Tuesday is to vote on whether to condemn the property, which was initially inspected and declared unsafe Dec. 31 because of deteriorating conditions.

The estimated cost to demolish and remove the structure is $4,800.
