81, passed away Saturday May 30, 2020. He is survived by his wife Marylen Osler, son Clifton Osler (Vanessa) and his 4 grandchildren. Donations can be made in his name to: Arkansas School for the Deaf Foundation at 2400 W. Markham St., Little Rock, Ark. 72205. The final resting place will be that of the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
