The prices of these houses, calculated from the clerk’s public records, are published in bold type in the Pulaski County real estate transactions in today’s Business and Farm section.

1. 120 Hickory Creek Circle Owned by Carolyn Kirkpatrick, a house behind this gate was sold to Sandra and Steve Landers.

2. 2519 N. Fillmore St. Owned by John R. Rutledge Jr. and the Fillmore Trust, Lindsay R. and Nicholas K. Makris.

3. 16 St. Johns Place Owned by Jay M. Davis and the estate of Margaret Neill Davis (deceased), a house behind this gate was sold to Andrea M. and James M. Gary.

4. 13350 Rivercrest Drive Owned by Tiffany T. and Daniel M. Robertson and the Robertson Family Trust, this house was sold to Elizabeth A. and Stephan P. Seng.

5. 6413 Beacon St. Owned by Smart Development LLC, this house was sold to Lauren S. and Austin Grinder.

6. 5115 Kavanaugh Boulevard Owned by Suzanne and Andrew M. Grobmyer, this house was sold to Keely and Kevin Goodson.
