LAW ENFORCEMENT
The Arkansas State Police Commission has approved the following recommendations for promotion involving four supervisory positions within the state police ranks:
Lt. Stacie Rhoads, 50, of Perry County, was promoted to the rank of captain and will assume supervisory and assistant commander duties within the Criminal Investigation Division, Administration Office in Little Rock.
Lt. Michael Moyer, 45, of Faulkner County, was promoted to the rank of captain and will assume assistant commander and supervisory duties within the Regulatory and Building Services Division in Little Rock.
Sgt. Seth Pinner, 35, of Columbia County, was promoted to the rank of lieutenant and will assume assistant commander duties within the Highway Patrol Division, Troop L, in Lowell.
Cpl. Morris Knight, 50, of Drew County, was promoted to the rank of sergeant and will assume supervisory duties within the Criminal Investigation Division, Company B, in Pine Bluff.
MEDICINE
Dr. Madhura Borikar has joined the team of endocrinologists at the CHI St. Vincent Little Rock Diagnostic Clinic. CHI St. Vincent announces that surgeon Dr. Sirinya Prasertvit has joined the CHI St. Vincent Medical Group. Michael K. Gann, M.D., and Amber Norris, M.D., have joined the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences as family medicine specialists at the UAMS Health Neighborhood Clinic.
Dr. Aswanth Reddy, M.D., has joined the team at Mercy Clinic Oncology – Fort Smith.
Edward T.H. Yeh, M.D., FACC, has been named chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine and the Nolan Family Distinguished Chair in Internal Medicine in the College of Medicine at UAMS.
