of Ward, Arkansas passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. He was born Monday, October 5, 1992 in Wichita, Kan., to Laura Jean (Rogers) Laughy, and Alan Stephen Laughy.

Jordan was a very active child with many passions. He especially loved camping, fishing, and outdoor sports. As a child, Jordan was a gifted athlete setting a league record for soccer goals scored at the age of 5. He was proud to have earned first team honors at the age of 12 for the Central Arkansas All Stars football team. In between team sports, he always had a skateboard in his hand, a smile on his face, and a Mountain Dew nearby. He long held the dream of becoming a profession­al skateboard­er, but more importantl­y, Jordan cherished the special bond he had with his two brothers through skating and music.

He was a jack of all trades with many skill sets including careers as a laborer, electricia­n, and warehouse manager. He had an intense love for music and was recognized by many as a talented drummer. Jordan was a skilled artist and often demonstrat­ed his love for people through dedicated artistic expression­s. He adored being a father to his two sons, with whom he loved to share the wonders of nature.

He is survived by his children, Tristan Alan Laughy and Clayton Evan Laughy and their mother Jasmine Moffitt of Cabot, mother Laura Sipes (Jason) of Ward, father Alan Laughy (Kristina) of Jacksonvil­le, two siblings Justin Alan Laughy of Sherwood and Tyler Stephen Laughy (Kennedy) of Lonoke, both maternal and paternal grandparen­ts, several aunts, uncles, cousins, other family members and friends.
