ALBERT “ECKIE” ELLIS HARRISON,

63, of North Little Rock, Ark., passed away on December 4, 2020. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on March 4, 1957. Eckie owned and operated Frank Harrison and Son, Inc. He was a pillar of his community who never met a stranger and cared about everyone. He had “long arms” and reached out to all who knew him. He was a known legend who leaves behind a great legacy in the towing, racing and emergency services communitie­s.

Eckie was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Harrison and Marilyn Sue McCall; and three siblings.

He is survived by his wife, Vickie Harrison; sons, Eckie Harrison (Lindsay Gubanski), and Ricky A. Wrinkle (Afton); daughters, Sara Harrison, Amber Dollarhide (Chris), Jamie Baldridge, and Tabetha Harrison; twelve grandchild­ren, Hailey, Weston, Dylan, December, Brayden, C.J., Kendall, Tyler, Jackson, Charlotte, Alden and Kyleigh; sister, Frankie “Sissy” Harrison; nephews and niece, Billy, Patrick, Veronica and extended family and friends.

Pallbearer­s will be Leland Turney, Richard Turney, Tyler Lyle, Weston Harrison, Jack Spoon and Rodney Bradberry. Honorary pallbearer­s will be Jerry Armstrong, Tommy DeFoor, Richard Moore, Billy Baldridge, Carl Doles “JJ”, Tim Freeman, Randy Munns, Brayden Cloninger, Bill Anderson, Ricky Wrinkle, Jimbo Wrinkle, Robert Jarrett and Jerry Maxey.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at Frank Harrison and Son, Inc. located at 9900 Pickard Road, North Little Rock, Ark., 72118. Burial will be at Pinecrest Memorial Park. State of AR COVID-19 directives: Face coverings required. Maintain social distancing.
