Glennard Dean “Glenn” Palmer, of Richardson, Texas, passed away October 24, 2020, after a brief illness of cancer. He was born October 18, 1942, to Dean and Lola Heath Palmer in Pine Bluff, Ark. He was an honor graduate of the Dollarway High School class of 1960, and a graduate of the University of Arkansas, with a degree in Industrial Engineerin­g. He began a career with General Electric and later was an entreprene­ur of several businesses. Also, he was avid Yankee baseball fan.

He is survived by daughter, Jami Palmer Maciula (Jason) of McKinney, Texas; and son, Jon Palmer (Summer) of Tulsa, Okla. Grandchild­ren, Ella, Lily and Max Maciula of McKinney. A sister, Eva Faye Palmer Miller of Magnolia, Ark.; brothers, Ronnie (Donna) of Hardin, Ark.; and Allen (Chris) Palmer of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three nieces, two nephews, and many friends. He was predecease­d by his parents and brother, Phillip.
